There were two very exciting games last night, we had some contentious refereeing decisions but thankfully no crowd trouble. We had a great turnout to see these young ladies put on a great exhibition of football. Well done to the two winners, commiserations to the losing teams they were two very close games. More importantly it was great to see how much these players have improved since the start of the year, a big thank you to their coaches for all their hard work.
Thanks to Lakeside for hosting us again, we are very lucky to have this facility in town. Thanks also to Cummins & Sons Homevalue Ballinrobe for their sponsorship of the medals and cups.
The girls were given a sponsorship card for a chance to win a Christmas Dinner (Red & White Wine, Turkey, Ham and dessert). These need to be returned to Mary Langan or Noreen Jennings by Saturday 9th December.
