Ballinrobe Ladies Football club is indebted to Liam Jennings Butcher, Bridge Street, for his recent generous sponsorship of new jerseys for the U10 team.
Liam, who played football with Ballinrobe for many years, and his wife Noreen, who won All-Ireland ladies football medals with Ballinrobe Community School, are strong supporters of the club, and their children wear the club jersey.
The pictures show the team wearing the jerseys in Flanagan Park, Ballinrobe, and in Croke Park, during their recent trip to the famed stadium for a Gaelic4Girls event. Noreen Jennings is pictured second from left, back row, in the Flanagan Park photograph.
