Our Ladies Night training with Cora Staunton written by Aidrienne Gleeson
Our U8, U10 and U12 ladies had the honour of the presence of Cora Staunton on Wednesday 23rd September. Not only did Cora, “the Legend”, come join us, Cora actually took the Training session with the girls.
The girls who turned out in force, 45 in all, thoroughly enjoyed the training session with Cora ( evidenced in photos attached). Cora managed the 45 for the hour and them before she left the pitch did some Autograph signing for the girls.
We the coaches and girls thank Cora for attending and taking the training. We have already started following in her steps by attending Croke Park, Sunday 27th September, and we hope to continue following in her steps as our teams grow stronger.
We look forward to Cora returning to our club for another session in very near future.
