Robe Rockets – Ladies U10s and U12s played in Kilmaine this evening. We had 13 players line out for the under 12s and 20 line out for the U10s.
The girls played in two very close games and as always did our club proud. Many of these girls have only started playing this summer and for some it was their first game for Ballinrobe.
A special thanks to parents who ensure the girls get to training and matches, without your assistance there would be no teams.
LGFA have devised a coaching resource booklet to encourage underage players to practice their skills at home and remain physical active outside of their weekly coaching sessions and Ballinrobe Ladies have taken part. The coaches were very proud of the levels of skills improvement. All are looking forward to the Ladies first trip to Croke Park on Sept 27th it should be a great day for all our girls.
