The first physical challenge of Mission: Slimpossible! takes place this Sunday, at 11am in the Green, Ballinrobe. The rugby club have devised a series of novel events designed to test fitness, stamina, teamwork, hand-eye co-ordination, and, wait for it, donkey-handling skills. We need supporters and Mission: Slimpossible! participants for this one. We have to put together a team of 20 people so all hands on deck. Full details are HERE See you in the Green at 11am Sunday. It’s not a word of a lie: our colleagues in Ballinrobe RFC are bringing donkeys into Mission: Slimpossible! They’re holding the first of the three inter-club challenges this weekend (Saturday or Sunday, not yet confirmed). Stand by for more details. We can tell you each team will have to lead a donkey to the water, or something of that nature. Each team will have 20 participants, so we may be calling on some of our supporters. More anon.
