Update International Challenge 2014

On Monday 23rd June Ballinrobe GAA are delighted to announce that our Under 14 Team will play an Under 14 International Challenge match against a team from Philadelphia, USA. Delco Gaels from Delaware, Philadelphia are visiting Connacht to participate in Feile 2014. They will reside in Ballinrobe for the duration of their stay. They have several fixtures throughout the week around the Province. The older members of the party hope to visit Ballinrobe Racecourse following the match for an evening of racing. General Club Meeting 29th April

Under 14 win in Brickens

The under 14 team won their Mayo Division 3 League game against Eastern Gaels in Brickens this evening. In a hard fought contest, which saw the teams level 1-6 a piece at half time, neither side wished to surrender the initiative and as the game entered the second half, a Ballinrobe goal gave us the advantage. A good performance from the whole squad saw the game out on a scoreline of 2-7 v 1-8.
