The club held a very successful U12 blitz at the agricultural show on Sunday, 29th July in Ballinrobe Race Course. Four teams took part in the Christy O’Loughlin Memorial Cup – Ballinrobe, Shrule/Glencorrib GAA Club, Neale Gaa and Clg Thuar Mhic Éadaigh. The many spectators who came were able to enjoy some great football from the four teams on a lovely summers day. A big thank you to the referee for the matches Mark Tuffy, to the participating teams and coaches – you all did your clubs proud.
Thanks also to the Ballinrobe Agricultural show committee for inviting us to take part. Thanks also to the show committee, Ballinrobe coaches and Ballinrobe Races staff for preparing the playing area and ensuring we all had a very enjoyable day.
