As part of the ongoing coaching development within the club, there will be a one hour session in Lakeside Friday 20th March at 6:30pm.
The goal of this workshop is to cover the fundamentals of movement when coaching young players. This will cover agility, balance, running and jumping and provide a good grounding in how best to develop these skills in our young players.
